LoMB is aligned to the homeless agencies in Omaha and Council Bluffs. 

All requests for assistance must go through a caseworker.  These caseworkers are widely available in each of the homeless shelters as well as the street outreach group. 

The caseworkers at each of these organizations have an established process already for sending in a referral for furniture assistance.
